9-16 2s+1s+[3s with 4s in tandem] dance Mirror reels of 3 on sides, 2s out/down, 1s in/up, [3s followed by 4s] out/up. Bars 15-16: [3s+4s] don't finish reel but curve into place, 4s to 3rd place, 3s to 4th place. 2143
17-24 2s+1s also 4s+3s dance RH across and LH across back
