Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s set, cast to 2nd places, set and cast into lines of 3 across (Lady up Man down)
9-16 2s+1s+3s set advancing up/down, 2s+3s retire as 1s set turning right about to opposite sides (Lady between 2M+3M and 1M between Ladies), 2s+1s+3s set advancing, 2s+3s retire as 1s set turning right about to face 1st corners
17-24 1s set to 1st corners turning to face partner, set (turning) to face 2nd corners, 1s set to 2nd corners turning to right to face partner and set (up/down)
25-32 1s dance reels of 3 across (Man LSh with 2L and Lady RSh with 3L), 1s end in centre and turn RH to 2nd places
