Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 Ladies dance Fig of 8 round Men (pass LSh in middle, dance Right round opposite Man, pass RSh in middle and dance Left round partner)
9-16 All chase anticlockwise round back to place (4 bars) and dance RH across
17-24 Men dance Fig of 8 round Ladies (pass RSh in middle, dance Left round opposite Lady, pass LSh in middle and dance Right round partner)
25-32 Progressive R&L:
 All change places RH with opposite person and LH with partner
 All change places RH with opposite person (do not change direction of travel round room) and LH with partner (Men polite turn) to face new couple
