The MERRILL GATHERING 40 Bar Reel For 3 Couples In A 3 Couple Set Fiona S. Miller
Bars 1 - 8 First couple, giving right hands, cross down below second couple, cast round 3's, cross back up below second couple and cast round them into place. (On bar 8 all three couples move in ready for allemande.)
Bars 9 - 16 All three couples dance an allemande. Finish 3,2,1.
Bars 17 - 24 First couple set and cross giving right hand, 1's and 2's set and dance ½ right hands across.
Bars 25 - 32 3's, 1's, and 2's set (joining hads on the side) and cross giving right hands. 3's and 1's set and dance ½ right hands across. Finish 1,3,2.
Bars 33 - 40 First couple cross giving right hands, cast off one place, and dance ½ figure of eight round the 3's who stepped up on bars 35-36. Finish 3,1,2.
Repeat with new top couple.
