Dance Information

Helen McGinley (née Beaney) created this dance to celebrate Pascal Faurie's graduation on November 28, 2019, from the National College of Ireland with an MSc in Cyber Security.

The dance's title, "Mischief Managed", is a playful nod to Pascal's passion for Harry Potter and his mischievous yet endearing personality.

In the Harry Potter series, when Harry finishes using the Marauder's Map, he taps it with his wand and says 'Mischief managed'. The dance incorporates elements like birling, high fives, and even climbing on the windowsill, allowing Pascal to express his mischief in a fun and celebratory way.

The tune "Maître ès Mystères (Informatique)" was composed by Professor John Barnes.
