Strathspey
1- 8 All circle 8H round to left (3 bars), Men pull back LSh and chase anticlockwise back to place while Ladies dance RH across 1½ round back to place
9-16 All circle 8H round to right (3 bars), Ladies pull back RSh and chase clockwise back to place while Men dance LH across 1½ round back to place
17-24 All set to and turn corner; all set to and turn partner
25-32 All dance full interlocking reels of 4 (Men start with ½ LH across in centre) ending with Ladies BtoB in centre facing partner

Reel
1- 8 All advance and retire and change places RH with partner; Men with backs to centre join hands and circle 4H round to left to end facing partner
9-16 All advance and retire and change places RH with partner; Ladies with backs to centre join hands and circle 4H round to left to end facing partner
17-32 All dance Star Grand Chain starting RH to partner

Repeat Strathspey bars 1-32

Repeat Reel bars 1-16 then continue reel...
17-24 All turn partner R elbow hold; All turn partner L elbow hold
25-32 All circle 8H round and back
