1- 8 1s and 4s set, turn partner 2H; 1s+2s also 3s+4s turn 1½ on sides (1M+2M and 3L+4L with LH, 1L+2L and 3M+4M with RH) 2143
9-16 1s+4s dance Poussette to end in centre facing partner, Men facing up, Lady facing down
17-24 1s+4s dance RSh reel of 4 up/down centre
25-28 1s turn 2H, face Ladies' side and dance out to 3rd place own side while 4s turn 2H, face Men's side and dance out to 2nd place own side (1M+4L dance RSh round each other to start) 2413
29-32 1s+4s chase clockwise 2 places to 2(1)(4)3, 1s and 4s cross RH with partner. 2143
33-40 1s+4s dance "Helix":
 Set advancing passing partner LSh into BtoB position, pull back RSh and cast round partner to own sides; ½ turn partner RH and dance ½ RH across. 2413
