Dance Information

This reel, Nifty Ninety, was written for Ivy Lawson of Leeds RSCDS for her 90th birthday (24 October 2010). Ivy started Scottish country dancing at a mere 75 years old. Her time on the dance floor was aided by her love of music, and previous ballroom and ceilidh dancing experience. Ivy's love of life and dancing is celebrated in this dance and in Dance For Ivy (for her 79th birthday) and All The Eights (for her 88th birthday).
