Chase ¼ to meet again on the sidelines
Meanwhile, 2nd and 4th couples set, then advance and turn pull shoulder back to return to original positions
1st man, 3rd lady, and the 2nd couple join hands in a right hands across ; 4th couple, 1st lady, and 3rd man do the same
9-16 Reels of four across the set
Bars 15-16: 2nd and 4th couples turn ½ left hands to face each other
17-24 2nd and 4th couples dance four bars of Set and Rotate
½ Rights and Lefts, finishing in 1st and 3rd places
25-32 1st and 3rd couples dance around their partners by right shoulder
1st couple, led by the man, dance out through 4th couple to last place
while 3rd couple, led by the man, dance out through 2nd couple to 2nd place. 2341

The Nikko Falls - Scottish Country Dancing Instruction VideoDance Information
Nikko national park, a 1,149 km² area across Fukushima, Tochigi and Gunma prefectures, on the main island of Honshu in Japan, is feted for its beauty. It is a mountainous area formed by volcanic activity, and includes lush forests, marshland, waterfalls and lakes.About 2 hours from Tokyo it is a popular destination for tourists who come for its striking scenery and varied landscape as well as its World Heritage sites of Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines, notably the Nikkō Tōshō-gū and Rinnō-ji.
The park offers opportunities for hiking, camping, enjoying hot springs and golfing as well as a wealth of flora and fauna for nature lovers. Its lakes include Lake Chūzenji, 11.62 square kilometres (4.49 mi2) above which rises Mount Nantai, 2,486 metres (8,156 ft).

The deviser wrote this dance as part of a suite of eight dances.
On his jimstottdance webpages, Jim Stott tells us that he was delighted to be invited to teach the Nikko workshop in 2020, at which he was planning to teach specially written dances. Covid caused the workshop to be postponed twice but he was finally able to visit Japan to teach, and join in the celebrations the Tokyo Branch 40th Anniversary, and to visit Nikko.
