9-16 1s+2s+3s circle 6H round to left, 1s+2s+3s+4s circle 8H round to left ½ way
17-24 1s (in 4th place) set twice, ½ turn RH and lead up to top
25-32 1s turn 1½ times while 4s+3s+2s chase clockwise to places, 1s turn to end in 4th place
