Dance Information

Pennington is a ward (electoral and ecclesiastical) in the New Forest district of Hampshire, England, which is defined based on the boundaries of the earlier manor.

Located at the heart of the ward, Pennington Village is flanked by Upper Pennington to the north and Lower Pennington to the south. As per the 2011 census, the population was recorded at 6,060.

Positioned in the southernmost part of the New Forest along the Solent coastline, Pennington is in close proximity to the town of Lymington, sharing the civil parish of Lymington and Pennington. Situated on the river terrace plateau between Avon Water to the west and Yaldhurst stream to the east, Pennington's southern coastal border is defined by the Solent. The northern boundary extends to Sway Road, and the hamlet of Bowling Green is situated in Upper Pennington along the border with Sway.
