Pilgrim, Chapter 33 8x32 Strathspey for 3C Sue McKinnell

1-8 1C turn RH, cast off 1 place as 2C step up, dance down between 3C, and cast up 1 place to end facing 1st corners.
9-12 1C and 1st corners dance a half diagonal reel of 4. 1C end by turning LH to end LS-LS facing opposite sides.
13-20 1C and 2nd corners dance a full LS diagonal reel of 4. 1C end by turning RH to end RS-RS facing own sides.
21-24 1C (passing partner's 1st corner position RS) and 1st corners dance a half diagonal reel of 4. 1C end by turning LH to end LS-LS facing opposite sides.
25-32 1W and 2C, 1M and 3C RH across. 1C pass RS into 1W and 3C, 1M and 2C LH across.

Repeat.

Dance Information

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Kris Kristofferson, whom I regard as one of the best songwriters ever.

I wrote this dance as a small token of my admiration. The title is from one of my favorite of his songs.
