This dance, Piper Frap, was devised by Mary Shoolbraid Brandon in honour of A.J. "Frap" Frappia, Pipe Sergeant (Deceased 1999), the Hawaii bagpiper who played for the Honolulu Pipes and Drums and for the RSCDS Hawaii Branch.
