Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s cross down RH, cast down behind 3s, meet and dance up to face each other between the 2s and set (2s step up on 1-2)
9-16 1s+2s dance "Chase and Turn":
 9-12 1s followed by 2s pass RSh, 1s dance to side lines and set while 2s pull back RSh and turn RH ending facing each other, with backs to 1s
 13-16 2s followed by 1s pass RSh, dance to original place and set while 1s pass 2s and each other RSh and dance down to finish between the 3's, facing each other
17-24 1s+3s dance "Chase and Turn":
 17-20 1s followed by 3s pass RSh, 1s dance to side lines and set while 3s pull back RSh and turn RH ending facing each other with backs to 1s
 21-24 3s followed by 1s pass RSh, dance to original place and set while 1s pass 3s and each other RSh, and pull back RSh and then cross up RH to 2nd place
25-32 2s+1s+3s circle 6H round and back
