Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 All circle 8H round and back
9-16 All dance interlocking Ladies' Chain (Ladies ½ RH across in centre) ending with full LH turn with partner to end in partner's place
17-24 All dance interlocking Men's Chain (Men ½ RH across in centre) all ending in original places
25-32 Ladies Petronella turn to next Ladies' place (to right) and set with "new partner", repeat to end opposite original place
33-40 Men repeat 25-32 to end with partner. 3412
41-48 All dance Grand Chain (cross RH with partner to start)
49-56 All take Allemande hold and promenade anticlockwise round set. 3412
57-64 All circle 8H round and back

Repeat 1-64 in Jig time to return to original places
