1- 4 1s+3s set advancing and dance LH across ¾ way, 1s face 2s and 3s face 4s
5- 8 1s+2s also 3s+4s dance RH across ½ way, 1s+3s dance clockwise to 1st and 3rd places while 2s+4s dance LH across ¾ way, 2s face 1s and 4s face 3s. 3421
9-16 All dance reels of 4 up/down
17-24 3s+4s also 2s+1s dance ½ R&L (polite turns at end), 3s+1s set, circle 4H round to left opening out to end 1s in 2nd place and 3s in 4th place
25-32 All dance 8H round and back
Repeat in strathspey then twice in reel time

This medley is dedicated to members of the South Dorset Caledonian Society, who hosted a dancing weekend at Halsway Manor, the National Centre for Folk Arts, in Somerset, UK, on the Quantock Hills in 2001.The Quantock Hills is a range of hills west of Bridgwater in Somerset, England.
They were England's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty being designated in 1956 and consists of large amounts of heathland, oak woodlands, ancient parklands and agricultural land.
