This dance, The Rossington Strathspey, was devised in 1990 by Bill Libby (founder of the Moncton Scottish Country Dance Group 1982) and dedicated to Mrs Ethel Mary Moss.The dance was first published in Island Games to commemorate the 1991 Canada Winter Games playing in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island that year, then reprinted in Spark O' Water and Dances of Nova Scotia in 2017.
