Dance Information

Rumbledethumps, a traditional dish hailing from the Scottish Borders, features a blend of potato, cabbage, and onion as its primary ingredients.

Resembling Irish colcannon and English bubble and squeak, this dish is commonly served either as a side dish alongside main courses or as a standalone main dish.

Leftovers from a roast meal can be repurposed to create Rumbledethumps, and an alternative variation from Aberdeenshire is known as Kailkenny.
