THE SAXONIA EXPRESS (J8x32) 3C (4C set) Holger Schuckelt Riverside Dances 20141- 8 1s cross RH, cast (2s step up); 1s Petronella turn, pass RSh up/down while 2s+3s chase clockwise 1 place into lines of 3 across and set, pulling back RSh to face up/down
9-12 Lines of 3 advance (2 steps), 1s pull back RSh to face 1M down/1L up while 2s+3s turn inwards to reform lines across and all advance (2 steps)
13-16 1s pass RSh down/up while 2s+3s set, 3M and 2L pull back RSh and all chase clockwise 1 place round to sides. (3)(1)(2)
17-24 set and link for 3 twice
25-32 2s+1s+3s dance reels of 3 on own sides, 1s pass 3rd corner LSh to start (1M up, 1L down). 213

The Saxonia Express was named after the Train running between Leipzig and Dresden in honour of Keith Paterson.The first locomotive built in Germany was called "The Saxonia" in 1838.
