Dance Information

Shortbread fingers refer to a traditional and popular type of biscuit with a distinctive texture and rich, buttery flavour.

These biscuits, characterized by their rectangular shape, are crafted from a simple combination of ingredients, including flour, sugar, and, most notably, a generous amount of butter. The preparation involves careful mixing to achieve a crumbly yet cohesive dough, which is then pressed into a rectangular mold before being sliced into individual finger-sized portions.

Baked until golden brown, shortbread fingers boast a delightful melt-in-the-mouth quality, making them a treat often enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.
