Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 All set and Petronella-in-tandem on 1 place to right and repeat to end on opposite sides
9-16 2s+4s dance RH across ½ way, turning to right dance back and turn into original place, 1s+3s dance ½ R&L retaining LH with partner
17-24 1M and 3M pass partners to the right, give RH to opposite Lady and lead out left through sides, cross and cast to opposite place Repeat back to original place
25-32 1s and 3s prom hold dance RSh reels of 3 with corners (going to right to start), 1s and 3s end between side couples all facing out
33-40 All set Highland Schottische (1M and 3M + corners start with left foot and change hands as they pass), all turn corners (1M+3M give LH and 1L+3L give RH) to face partner
41-48 Set and turn partners 2H, open up to 4H once round to left (1s with 4s and 3s with 2s)
49-56 Open out to 8H round to left, dancing for two steps, set for 2 and dance on for 4 steps
57-64 All Promenade anticlockwise back to original places

Repeat dance with 2s and 4s leading, 2s+1s and 4s+3s dancing 4H round
