Scottish Country Dance Instruction
The Springfield Gardens (3x32 Strathspey), Curt Beadell, 20101- 4 1s lead down the center while 2s and 3s dance up creating an arch for 1s and set on 3-4 To finish 2-3-1
5- 8 1s cross over then dance behind the opposite line to finish on the opposite side in first position while 2s and 3s cross RH and step down
9-16 1s and 2s dance the tournee:
1s and 2s dance into promenade hold (Men with partner on right, 1s face Men's side and 2s face Ladies side), couples ½ wheel anticlockwise and Men turn Ladies into middle, both couples turn 1½ times (2s RH, 1s LH) and dance out to place while 3s set and turn with both hands 1½ times to finish 2-1-3
17-24 All right shoulder reel of 3 on the side (M down and L up to start)
25-28 1s and 3s set and link
29-32 All turn by right

Dance Information
Mary Elizabeth Grant Dooley was born and raised in Jacksonville. She is a seasoned Irish dancer. After earning her degree at FSU, she returned to Jacksonville with her husband to the historic Springfield neighborhood where they established a community garden.Recommended Music: Cherrybank Gardens Special Requests 1 CD.
