Dance Information

St Nicholas Gardens cover around 7 acres of land to the south of Maison Dieu, around ¾ mile from Richmond town centre in North Yorkshire.

Planted and designed by the Honourable Robert 'Bobbie' James (1873-1960) at the start of the twentieth century, the plant collection contains many shrub roses and rhododendrons.

Situated near Maison Dieu, St. Nicholas Gardens offers a peaceful respite from the urban bustle. Accessible via well-maintained pathways, the gardens boast a variety of flora, creating a visually appealing and calming environment.
