1- 8 All couples follow 1s leading down and cast up round 4th place to original places
9-16 1s+2s dance RH across twice as 3s+4s dance LH across twice
17-28 All dance Grand Chain
29-32 All advance and retire
33-40 1s weave down own sides to 4th place, dancing between 2s to start, behind 3s, in front of 4s, curving into 4th place (2s+3s+4s step up 39-40)

Dance Information

Stanley Mill was opened in 1787, mostly produced cotton and was powered by the river Tay. The nearby settlement of Stanley was originally created to house the workers at the mill.
