Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 4 1s dance down nearer hands joined. 1s turn 3s (Ladies LH, Men RH) while 2s ½ turn LH moving up to 1st place opposite sides
5- 8 1s dance up, turn 2s to finish in 2nd place (Ladies RH, Men LH) while 3s ½ turn LH to opposite sides
9-16 1s dance ½ diagonal R&L, 1L up to start, 1M down. Repeat
17-20 All ½ turn RH and twirl, dance out to side lines
21-24 All advance for 2 steps and retire for two steps
25-32 3 Couple Bourrel:
 25-28 1M+3L, 2M+1L set advancing, turn 2H, pull RSh back to end back to back, Ladies face down, Men up while 3M dances across top and down behind Men's side to face up to 1L, 2nd L dances across bottom and up behind Ladies' side to face 1M
 29-32 All set to person facing, turn ¾ 2H to finish opposite sides. Ladies 231, Men 123
33-36 All ½ turn opposite person LH. 1M changes places with 2M RH and 3M LH (1 step/change)
37-40 1s (in 3rd place) turn 2H
