1- 8 1s cast behind lines, turn out and dance back up to place
9-16 1s followed 2s+3s+4s (who dance up to start) dance down middle, face partner and turn RH (elbow grip) twice to own sides. 4321
17-24 All set, 4s+3s also 2s+1s dance ½ RH across; All set, 4s+1s dance ½ LH across
25-32 All set, 2s+4s also 1s+3s dance ½ RH across; All set, 3s+2s dance ½ LH across. (1)(2)(3)(4)
33-36 1s turn 1½ LH to end BtoB between 2s facing opposite side
37-48 1s dance modified Spurtle:
 1s dance ½ reel of 4 with 2s and turn partner RH to face 3s; 1s dance ½ reel of 4 with 3s and turn partner RH to face 4s
 1s dance ½ reel with 4s and turn RH to 4th place opposite sides, 1s cross RH to end 4th place. 2341
