Strathspey
1- 8 All in prom hold weave in and out round set back to place with 1s and 4s also 2s and 3s passing RSh to start
9-16 Men cast and dance clockwise round set while Ladies dance RH across and LH back to places
17-24 All set to corners and turn RH, set to partner and turn RH
25-32 All set to partners (H S step) and turn twice round with 2H

Reel
1-16 As Strathspey but end with Ladies facing out all holding hands in a circle
17-24 All set and ½ turn partner RH to form circle with Men facing out, all set and ½ turn partner to link right arms in Tulloch hold
25-32 All turn partners to right, change to left arm hold and turn partner to left
