Dance Information

I am a big fan of dances that get us mentally turned in and ready the group for the upcoming class or club night. So have a warm up I normally go for a straightforward dance if it's a club night or a dance that is not well known to dancers for a class.

I try to avoid setting and circles, if possible, but something that gets the brain into dancing mode, as we often have busy days with work or family activities and we do need to get the brain realigned and into dancing mode.

So, this is another warmup brain kind of dance, designed for a class environment and dancers that are beyond beginner level. It can be walked the first few times before moving up to dancing speed.
