Scottish Country Dance Instruction

The Whangarei Scottish (R8x32) 32 bar Reel for 3 couples in a 4 couple longwise set, Eddy West, 2005

1-4 First couple, giving right hands, cross below second couple and cast off behind third couple.
5-8 First couple, giving right hands, cross above third couple and cast up behind second couple to original places.
9-10 All set.
11-12 First and second ladies change places with second and third men giving right hands in passing, all curl into place pulling right shoulder back.
13-14 First couple change places with third couple giving left hands in passing, all curl into place pulling left shoulder back.
15-16 Second and first men change places with third and second ladies giving right hands in passing, all curl into place pulling right shoulder back.
17-18 All set.
19-20 Third couple cross giving right hands, second and first couples dance half right hands across.
21-24 All chase clockwise back to own sides.
25-32 Second, first and third couples dance six hands round and back.
