Scottish Country Dance Instruction
White Gum Valley 8x32 Jig, Neville Pope1-8 1st and 2nd couples set, taking hands, turn their partner right hand ½ way, staying in the middle to meld into right hands across ½ way. 2nd, 1st and 3rd couples set on the side.
9-16 All three couples circle left for 6 slip steps, pivot and chase back to place. On bar 16, 2nd lady pulls back left shoulder to face down and 3rd man pulls back left shoulder to face up.
17-24 2nd, 1st and 3rd couples dance left shoulder reels of three on the side of the dance. On bars 23-24, 1st couple pass right shoulders to face 1st corners.
25-32 1st couple dance "corners pass and turn" with 1st corners and pass right shoulder to face 2nd corners. Repeat with 2nd corners and pass right shoulder to second place on own side.

This dance was written as a "thank you" to Peter and Audrey of White Gum Valley in Perth, Western Australia who invited us to stay for a week while travelling on our way to the 2013 Australian Winter School in Albany.Recommended Music: Music Any suitable jig
