Scottish Country Dance Instruction
THE WING (R8x40) 3C (4C set) Holly Gibson Princess Bride Collection1- 4 1s+2s turn ¾ RH into centre and set
5- 6 1M+2L (middle couples) set and turn right about to change places to face partners while 1L+2M dance anti-clockwise ½ way round the set to change places
7- 8 1s+2s turn partners LH to finish 2s in 1st place and 1s facing 2nd corners
9-16 1s set to 2nd corners and partner, turn partner RH to face 3rd corners. Set to 3rd corners and partner and turn partner RH to finish 1L facing up between 2s and 1M facing down between 3s
17-22 1s dance LSh reels of 3 on opposite sides (1s give LSh to 1st corner)
23-24 At end 1s ½ turn their partner LH to face 1st corners
25-32 1s repeat bars 9-16 beginning with 1st corners, then 2nd corners and end in 2nd place on own side
