1- 4 Ladies dance ½ R&L with 1L+2L and 3L+4L crossing RH to start
5- 8 Men dance similarly ½ R&L ending with all Men facing out
9-16 All dance Double Ladies' Chain
17-19 Men turn partner LH ½ way into prom hold
20-22 All Promenade ¼ quarter way round anticlockwise and end facing partner
23-24 Men set while Ladies turn under Man's Right arm
25-32 All dance interlocking reels of 4 round set passing partner RSh

Note: Bars 1-4 and 5-8 are always danced by same couples from their new positions
