1- 4 1s cross down (no hands) to 2nd place opposite side facing out (2s step up), 1s+3s change places on sides (1M+3L RH, 1L+3M LH)
5- 8 1s cross RH and cast to 4th place (4s step up 7-8)
9-16 2L+3M+4L+1M dance RSh reel of 4 up/down centre (2L+3M also 4L+1M pass RSh to start). Omit final LSh pass to end on sides. 2341
17-24 2M+3L+4L+1M dance LSh reel of 4 up/down centre (2M+3L also 4M+1L pass LSh to start). Omit final RSh pass to end on sides
