  1-8   1s2s dance the knot;

  9-16 1s cross up into figures of 8 across;

17-24 1s cross down into figures of 8 across, all finishing on the centre line, facing up in allemande hold;

25-32 2s1s3s allemande, finishing 3s1s2s.

Dance Notes

  8-9   1s retain left hand hold to facilitate crossing up.

24-24 2s 3s, using left foot step, advance and take allemande hold, finishing facing up.
