Centre

In a 3-Couple, Longwise set, Centre is the Position at the intersection of the Centre line and the line joining 2nd Couple's Original Places; it is also at the intersection of the lines joining the First corner positions and the Second corner positions.

In a Square set in Scottish Country Dancing it is at the intersection of the lines joining 1st and 3rd Man's Positions and 2nd and 4th Man's Positions.
